BSNL announced new unlimited voice and Data combo packages. This offers now available for all BSNL customers in India. The specific circle plan, STV 146 only for Kerala region. This plan tariff is different and the price range from Rs.96 to 149. Reliance's JIO recently launched with unlimited voice and data in 4G. So other networks compelled for launch low cost unlimited voice and data tariff plans. STV 339 and STV146 plans details given below;
