This method is available for registered users and non-registered users (Quick Pay). But registered users can access more features like view old bills, track call details and broadband usage, post complaint, change broadband password etc. So we explain registered user bill payment. Did not registered? then see the instructions for registering, if you registered avoid this step.
BSNL Portal Sign Up
Click sign up link (see above image)
Fill all fields and click submit button. Then Log in with username and password, a new window open with link for add phone accounts. Click the link, and add land-line numbers (image given below).
You can see added land-line numbers like above picture.
Note: Number "1" represents unpaid bills, "2" is pending status and "3" represents paid bill status.
Now click "pay now" button a new window open like below,
We select "Internet banking" payment method
If you select other payment modes, you can't see above page.
Choose your bank from above list and click submit button to go bank website. After completion of bank process you will get receipt in digital format (PDF). For the reference please keep your receipt safe.
